Customization process
1. Demand communication: communicate with customers to clarify load requirements, use environment, size restrictions, special functions, etc. If used in high temperature environment,
high temperature resistant casters need to be customized; in acid and alkali environment, corrosion-resistant materials should be selected.
2. Design plan: According to the needs, designers draw drawings to determine the structure, size, material, etc. of casters, such as using cast steel brackets, nylon wheels, or designing special brake devices.
3. Sample production: After the plan is passed, samples are made and performance tests are carried out, such as load tests, rolling resistance tests, wear tests, etc., to ensure that the requirements are met.
4. Mass production: After the samples are qualified, prepare raw materials, debug equipment, and carry out mass production, strictly control quality.
5. Quality inspection: Inspection according to standards, including appearance, dimensional accuracy, assembly quality, performance indicators, etc., and packaging and shipment after passing.
Customization points
1. Carrying capacity: Determined according to the actual load, generally from 500 kg to 15 tons or even higher.
2. Wheel material: Nylon, cast iron, forged steel, hard rubber, polyester, etc. can be selected.
3. Wheel diameter: 4 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, 12 inches are commonly used, and 16 inches and 18 inches are available for extra heavy duty.
4. Brake material: High-strength cast steel, cast iron or alloy steel are commonly used.
5. Braking function: There are different forms such as full brake, directional brake, side brake, etc.
6. Special functions: Customized according to needs, such as impact resistance, anti-static, high temperature resistance or low temperature resistance.
